The studio process

How we build.

  1. 01

    Listen

Before any visuals, we listen. To the founder, the feeling, what the brand wants to mean — and most importantly, what it shouldn't be.

  2. 02

    Direct

We set the direction. Tone, world, references, the rules that will govern every decision that follows.

  3. 03

    Build

We build the world, until every detail belongs to your brand and to no one else.

  4. 04

    Launch

And then, we launch. You arrive with a world already built around you — coherent, finished, yours.

Begin a project

How to begin.

  1. 01

    Choose a path & apply.

Browse the two worlds — The Brand World or The Web World — and find the one that fits. Unsure which? Apply anyway. Tell us what you're trying to build and we'll find the right path together.

  2. 02

    A call & a proposal.

If we're aligned, we schedule a call to talk through your world, your timeline, and what success looks like. From that conversation we draft a proposal — scope, dates, investment.

  3. 03

    Sign & begin.

Sign the agreement, and place the deposit. Your project enters the studio's calendar, the foundations get laid, and the work begins.

A timeline in mind?

This is our up-to-date availability. Spots are limited — if your launch has a targeted date, apply early.

Questions

Questions, answered.

How many projects do you take at once?

We work with a focused roster, and the studio is structured to give every brand the depth of attention it deserves. New spots open on a rolling basis, and the calendar fills early.

What if I'm not sure which path is right?

Tell us anyway. We'll talk it through on the call and propose the path that fits. Often the right one isn't the one you arrived expecting.

Do you take on brands that already exist?

Often. Many of the brands we partner with are rebrands or evolutions — founders refining what's already there into something that finally feels right.

What do you need from me to begin?

Your time, your honesty, and a willingness to be cooperative. The rest we build together.

Do you take on rush projects?

Rarely. If a deadline cannot be moved, write to us and we'll let you know whether it fits the calendar.

What materials do I need to provide?

For The Brand World, come ready to talk through your business goals, your audience, and the brands you admire — we'll guide the rest. For The Web World, you'll also need your copy and assets ready before kickoff. We can help shape outlines for what's missing, but the words and the imagery remain yours.

What's expected of me during the project?

Availability and presence. Our process moves at pace, and we need timely feedback through the working window. You'll also fill in a short pre-project questionnaire and send any materials we've asked for. The clearer and more present you are, the better the work.

Are there any costs outside the proposal?

A few you'll own directly: font licenses, stock imagery, and any creative software you use yourself. For The Web World, you'll also cover your domain, hosting, and any platform fees. We flag all of this clearly before you commit — no surprises.

What's your refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable — they reserve the studio's calendar and cover the early-phase work. If for any reason we need to part ways mid-project, anything paid in advance for work that hasn't been started can be refunded.

Tell us about your world.
